Can Ps3 upgrade windows vista and play pc games like accompanied heroes, or star wars battlefront? Why Ps3 so expensive.

The answer is no. The PS3 doesn't have an x86 processor, and with just 256MB of RAM, the PS3 would be borderline memory-wise with XP SP2, let alone 1GB demanding Vista.

It can run Linux, though.
