It's easy to escape anyone's attention but (even if discs have been around a few months longer) this month it's 10 years since the first SACD player came to market.

Over 6,000 titles have been released. Not as many as I would have hoped, especially outside of the classical genre, but still an impressive number, especially for a format that many regarded dead years ago.
