Kaz Hirai has just indicated officially Sony will not announce PlayStation4 at this year's E3, countering many recent reports they would.
I suspect they're going to introduce some PS3 Ultra-Slim, perhaps based on an integrated Cell BE + RSX IC (and then likely at some yet smaller silicon process pitch), after all PS3 Slim will be 3 years old this year -- the same age the 'fat' console was when the slim version came along.
Anyone willing to bet? |

| I'll side with you, since it would figure they'd rev the hardware right after I had to buy a new one. |
